The lineup for the Frankfurt Writers’ Conference 2020 is finally complete! We are beyond excited about the conference and we’re that you will be too. Take a look at the amazing writers descending on Frankfurt am Main next March.
Andrew Miller is an award-winning writer hailing from the United Kingdom. He has written more than 8 books and has been shortlisted for the Booker Prize for Fiction and his work has been translated into over 36 languages.
As an agent with twenty-five years experience of working in London and New York with some of the biggest authors in the world, from Oprah to Kathy Reichs and John Boyne to Deliciously Ella. Simon is as experienced an agent as you will ever meet and will be letting us into the secret backstage world of deals and international publishing.
Mary Costello is an award-winning writer from Galway, Ireland. She has written a short story collection, a novel and her second novel, The River Capture, was released in October 2019 and has been shortlisted for the Eason Novel Of The Year at the Irish Book Awards. As she started getting nominations from the get go we think she is the ideal person to explain how hit the ground running as a writer.

Robert Brack is an award-winning crime writer and translator. He has had great success under his given name as well as under the pseudonym Virginia Doyle. He will share his expertise during his own talk and will be part of the panel at the end of the German part of the conference.
Michael Kibler is our second crime writing expert of the conference. With over 20 years of experience and many books to his name he also writes non-fiction and is a writing coach as well.
Hanna Caspian is a literary allrounder and a Der Spiegel bestselling writer. She writes Thrillers, historical fiction and romance and has over 20 years of experiences.
Being a literary agent was already a dream of Petra Hermanns before it was a well-known profession in Germany. By now she is as a well respected literary agent with her own agency and representing many bestselling and award-winning writers.
Iris Kirschenhofer is an editor for S. Fischer Verlag here in Frankfurt am Main. She will join the panel at the end of the German part of the conference.
